<h3>Senior Salesforce Developer</h3><p style="background-color: white; text-align: center;"><strong>***As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active Tier 2 Public Trust CLEARANCE or higher***</strong></p><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and implements complex Salesforce solutions to support public sector and DoD environments. This role leads technical design, builds scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions, integrates Salesforce with enterprise systems, and supports the full software development lifecycle. The Senior Developer mentors junior staff, reduces technical debt through best practices, and ensures high-quality, secure, and performant Salesforce implementations.</p><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</h3><p style="background-color: white;">Estimated Starting Salary Range for <strong>Senior Salesforce Developer</strong>: $120,000 - $160,000</p><h3>Pay commensurate with experience.</h3><p style="background-color: white;">Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.</p><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong>Senior Salesforce Developer Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;"><li>Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and other code-based Salesforce technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Know how to use Flow for complex requirements, with the ability to bridge out to code as necessary.</li><li>Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and industry standards.</li><li>Develop Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.</li><li>Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.</li><li>Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other developers, administrators, and QA testers, to ensure successful project delivery. </li><li>Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing development processes and applications.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.</li></ul><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal;
