Job Description
<ul><li><strong>Process Engineering:</strong><ul><li>Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures.</li><li>Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.</li><li>Facilitate process improvement initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Change Management:</strong><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.</li><li>Anticipate and address resistance to change, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams.</li><li>Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Business Readiness:</strong><ul><li>Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives, including technology, people, and process capabilities.</li><li>Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.</li><li>Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure resilience and minimize disruptions.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years of relevant project management experience, working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives such as vision/value definition, communication, leadership engagement, organization alignment and change sustainability.</li><li><u>Experience with Grid Operations Operational Technology (DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc)</u></li><li>Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables, and polished client-facing oral communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects, ensuring the readiness of the client organization(s) for a variety of changes, including new technology/processes, new organization strategy, or other change efforts.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.</li><li>Experience with change management frameworks and tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.</li></ul><p>At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent.
