This role is accountable for ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.</p><p>Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the Senior Change Manager translates strategy into actionable change plans, anticipates organizational risk, and drives clarity through ambiguity. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and a proven ability to partner across highly matrixed organizations to enable successful, lasting change.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><h3><strong>Change Leadership & Strategy</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives with broad organizational reach, including global programs and multi-workstream transformations.</li><li>Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption.</li><li>Tailor change approaches to address regional, cultural, and business-specific nuances while maintaining enterprise alignment and consistency.</li><li>Proactively identify change risks, resistance points, and interdependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to support sustained adoption.</li><li>Embed change management best practices into program design and execution from early planning through post-implementation stabilization.</li><li>Enable successful execution of enterprise priorities by aligning leadership, teams, and operating behaviors to strategic objectives.</li><li>Ensure change strategies support business outcomes such as operational efficiency, customer experience, speed to value, and organizational scalability.</li><li>Act as a strategic thought partner to initiative owners, shaping program design decisions through a change and adoption lens.</li></ul><h3><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration</strong></h3><ul><li>Identify, map, and manage a complex ecosystem of stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.</li><li>Facilitate structured stakeholder conversations to surface concerns, align outcomes, and drive shared accountability.</li><li>Serve as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment between business leaders, program owners, project managers, and enablement partners.</li><li>Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, enabling candid dialogue and informed decision-making.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them anticipate organizational dynamics, decision risks, and adoption tradeoffs.</li><li>Influence outcomes across programs and portfolios without direct au
