This individual will first be the primary support person for existing BDD’s and will additionally have the added responsibility to grow their own book of business. This individual is an important team member, contributing to the overall customer experience through a customer-centric sales methodology. The ideal candidate is motivated and driven to learn, build a book a business, and work with a dedicated global team. <div><h3>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </h3></div><div><p>As a BDM at <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/welocalize">Welocalize</a>, your responsibilities will include:</p></div><div><h3> </h3><p>Transactional responsibility and oversight for key customer accounts, working closely with existing BDD team to ensure best in class customer care.</p></div><div><p>Driver of CSAT scoring at account level for legal and FSI customers.</p></div><div><p>Research and identify new business opportunities and supportBDDs withdata analysis.</p></div><div><p>Assist building and participate in presentations to senior managers and decision makers.</p></div><div><p>Draft and deliver proposals, with assistance from the wider Sales Team.</p></div><div><p>Develop execute and maintain key account plans and reporting</p></div><div><p>Prospecting new clients to develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/welocalize">Welocalize</a>.</p></div><div><p>Working within and maintaining customer data in Salesforce including but not limited to sales forecasts, plans, activities, opportunities, pipelines, and related data.</p></div><div><p>Coordinating/ responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.</p></div><div><p>Working in a global team defining the underlying value proposition and service offerings for existing clients and new client targets.</p></div><div><p>In conjunction with your manager, helping to generate a higher return on our sales and marketing efforts to produce a larger volume of target clients.</p></div><div><p>In conjunction with your manager and global team, moving opportunities alo
