This role is <strong>based remotely in the United States</strong>. In this pivotal role, you will drive the technical strategy and execution for rebuilding and refurbishment processes, with a significant focus on aviation assets. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize our reverse logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drone principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven history of successfully leading technical projects.</p><h3>What You’ll Do: </h3><ul><li>Spearhead technical projects focused on the end-to-end reverse logistics lifecycle for returned assets and drones, encompassing diagnosis, harvesting of components, rebuilding, and refurbishment processes.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement streamlined and efficient technical processes for the triage, repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment of assets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality control standards at each stage.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Providers, to optimize the overall reverse logistics flow, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that demonstrably reduce costs, improve turnaround times, and enhance the quality of refurbished products.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as detailed repair manuals, effective troubleshooting guides, and clear training materials, to support internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Take ownership of data analysis and reporting related to technical rebuild
