This role is grounded in credibility—taking the time to understand stakeholder priorities and operational challenges, and mapping them to the CE Broker solution to deliver measurable value.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a consultative partnership role, not a traditional high-volume sales position. The successful candidate will earn trust within government environments, navigate multi-year decision cycles with patience, and maintain the discipline needed to move opportunities forward. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned state partners, guiding them on how to improve operational efficiency and strengthen compliance.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities & Measures of Success</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Execute Relationship Cadence:</strong> Maintain a consistent and proactive communication schedule with assigned state regulatory boards and agencies. Invest time to understand local missions and constraints. <em>Success is measured by consistent engagement with key stakeholders and the progression of multi-year contract renewals and expansions.</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tactical Solution Mapping:</strong> Translate CE Broker’s capabilities into specific outcomes tied to agency efficiency and public protection. Deliver business cases and proposals that address the immediate needs of board staff and leadership. <em>Success is measured by the ability to align our solution value with the agency’s specific operational goals.</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage Opportunities Through the Lifecycle:</strong> Advance opportunities using a consultative approach.
