This roleis responsible forproviding high-quality rating and marketing support to agents and account teams across IOA locations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically proficient, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background. This position offers opportunities for professional development and career growth while contributing to IOA’s mission and values.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Support Agents and Teams:</b>Deliver rating and marketing support to agents and account teams across IOA locations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Quote and Bind Coverage:</b>Provide quotes and bind new business and endorsements through multiple carriers.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Carrier Communication:</b>Build andmaintainstrong relationships with carrier underwriters through frequent and professional communication.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Carrier Updates:</b>Stay informed on changes in carrier appetite, coverage options, billing procedures, and system enhancements.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Marketing Strategy:</b>Research and apply marketing solutions tailored to client and carrier needs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Internal Guidance:</b>Assistinternal teams with coverage, documentation, and procedures to ensureaccuratebusiness placement.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Rate and Remarket:</b>Accurately rate new business, remarket renewal accounts, and process endorsements.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Proposal Knowledge:</b>Maintainworking knowledge of proposal formats and expectations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Process Improvement:</b>Create and implement procedures to enhance rating and marketing efficiency.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Sales Support:</b>Identifyand act on opportunities to support
