If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.</p><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/ontada">Ontada</a>, a McKesson business, is seeking a <b>Product Manager </b>to lead the end-to-end execution of EHR-enabled, clinical education programs that deliver timely, relevant education to HCP audiences.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Own delivery of targeted education programs</b> from pre-contracting feasibility analysis and scope alignment, customer kickoff through launch and ongoing maintenance, including timelines, risks, and dependencies.</li><li><b>Lead customer-facing program kickoffs and working sessions</b>, translating customer goals into documented program requirements (trigger identification and refinement, audience, cadence, content inputs, approvals, and reporting).</li><li><b>Translate customer goals into clinically appropriate trigger strategies</b> by partnering with external customers and internal analytics, operations, and clinical stakeholders to define feasible trigger criteria, validate clinical relevance, and ensure trigger details are clearly documented, routed, and aligned to provider workflow.</li><li><b>Manage cross-functional technical build execution and apply clinical judgment to program design</b>, coordinating workflow build, QA, and launch readiness across internal partners while ensuring trigger logic and education timing align to real-world care delivery, provider workflow, and operational feasibility.</li><li><b>Oversee content intake, build, and proof cycles</b>, including using established templates/workflows, managing revisions, and ensuring customer approvals are secured on time.</li><li><b>Ensure marketing automation coordination</b> for targeted sends, including aligning key values/fields needed for automation workflows and confirming build completion prior to launch.</li><li><b>Maintain program trackers and operational documentation</b>, ensuring accurate records of program status, approvals, changes, and milestones across active programs.</li><li><b>Own monthly and program-to-date reporting delivery</b> for customers, producing clear readouts and responding to performance questions in partnership with internal stakeholders.</li><li><b>Monitor program quality and troubleshoot obstacles as identified</b></li><li><b>Partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Market
