This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all projects by overseeing project management standards, auditing delivery practices, and coaching project teams. Under the direction of the Manager, PMO, the PMO Supervisor maintains operational discipline across Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Project Coordinators.
