Adhere to a daily cadence of being in front of your partners 80% of the time educating, training and developing your partner portfolio to get your partners to think <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/wildix">Wildix</a> first when it comes to anything AI UCaaS.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives</li><li>Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success</li><li>Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth</li><li>Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance</li><li>Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue</li><li>Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap
