<h3>Job Description</h3><h3>Residency Requirement - Alabama</h3><p><b>This is a part time temporary contractor position through September 30th that will pay $25.00 per hour.</b></p><p>The School Improvement Partner works alongside principals and instructional teams to support the implementation of school improvement priorities focused on strengthening instructional practice and student learning outcomes. This role supports teachers through instructional guidance, data-informed reflection, and implementation support, with an emphasis on improving teaching and learning within core content areas, particularly mathematics.</p><p>The School Improvement Partner does not supervise or evaluate teachers.
