Every customer is different.</p><p>Some customers care most about comfort. Others care about energy efficiency, budget, aesthetics, installation simplicity, long-term reliability, or speed. Many customers are overwhelmed because HVAC is expensive, technical, and unfamiliar.</p><p>Your job is to help them make sense of the options.</p><p>As an <strong>HVAC Systems Design Consultant</strong>, you’ll talk with homeowners and contractors, understand their project, use our design tools to build system recommendations, explain the trade-offs clearly, and guide the customer toward the equipment that best fits their needs.</p><p>This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning technical products, and helping people make good decisions.</p><h3><strong>About Alpine</strong></h3><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/alpine-home-air">Alpine Home Air</a> Products has helped customers purchase heating and cooling equipment online for more than 20 years. Our goal is simple: help customers understand their choices and feel confident that the system they choose truly fits their home, their priorities, and their budget.</p><h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3><p>You’ll work directly with customers by phone or video to help design heating and cooling systems for their projects.</p><p>Using our proprietary design software and internal tools, you will:</p><ul><li>Learn about the customer’s home, layout, project goals, and comfort needs</li><li>Ask thoughtful questions to understand what matters most to them</li><li>Help customers compare different system approaches</li><li>Explain trade-offs between comfort, cost, efficiency, aesthetics, installation complexity, and long-term value</li><li>Recommend the system option that best fits the customer’s priorities</li><li>Prepare a clear design summary so the order can be finalized accurately</li><li>Help customers feel informed, understood, and confident in their decision</li></ul><p>You do not need to come in as an HVAC expert.
