The expected salary range for this position is $69,600.00 - $81,780.00. At this level, you demonstrate solid working knowledge of grant financial management principles and contribute to improving financial processes and donor compliance.preparation. This role supports project teams in developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, preparing donor-compliant financial reports, and strengthening financial controls. Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.</p></li><li><p>Participate in core financial activities across assigned grants, preparing donor‑compliant financial reports, conducting budget variance analysis, and supporting financial aspects of project implementation.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to financial reporting to institutional and multilateral donors, as well as stakeholders.
