Your role will focus on solutioning, CRM ownership, sales enablement, and strategic consultative engagements that promote digital adoption and innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Solutions Engineering to ensure client success and growth.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities: </b></h2></div><div><h3>Sales Enablement & CRM</h3><ul type="disc"><li>Own the pre-sale lifecycle: discovery through closure.</li><li>Manage Salesforce records from opportunity creation to handoff, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Coordinate internal transitions with Delivery and Digital Enablement for seamless execution.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date vendor and product data to support effective solutioning.</li></ul><h3>Client Engagement & Strategy</h3><ul type="disc"><li>Serve as a consultative partner, delivering tailored demos and value-focused presentations.</li><li>Lead strategic interactions, including QBRs and digital roadmap planning.</li><li>Document and evolve the digital strategy for regionalized accounts.</li></ul><h3>Solution Leadership</h3><ul type="disc"><li>Act as SME for the digital portfolio (mobile ordering, POS, kiosks, spatial analytics, Centric OS etc.).</li><li>Tailor solutions to client operations and objectives, incorporating inno
