<h3> Job Title : DDMRP- Consultant</h3><h3>Client -Sapsol/ Manufacturing Client</h3><h3>Remote- India/US/Canada</h3><h3>- Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Configure <strong>SAP S/4HANA Demand Driven Replenishment (DDR)</strong> including buffer profiles, ADU, DLT, and Net Flow Position.</li><li>Design and optimize <strong>decoupling points</strong> and DDMRP-based inventory buffers.</li><li>Analyze <strong>demand variability</strong>, <strong>lead-time fluctuations</strong>, and replenishment stability.</li><li>Support development of an <strong>AI-driven Predictive Ordering</strong> layer for proactive replenishment.</li><li>Recommend uplift quantities based on predicted supply disruptions and risk signals.</li><li>Integrate replenishment triggers with <strong>MM, PP, Procurement</strong>, and related planning processes.</li><li>Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build <strong>predictive uplift and risk scoring models</strong>.</li><li>Validate system outputs and ensure alignment between DDMRP logic and AI recommendations.</li><li>Prepare documentation, test cases, and support demos for predictive + DDMRP scenarios.</li></ul><h3>R equired Experience</h3><ul><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>SAP S/4HANA DDR / DDMRP configuration</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>buffer-based planning</strong>, ADU, DLT, variability factors, and NPO.</li><li>Experience in <strong>MM/PP/Supply Chain Planning</strong> integration.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>demand sensing</strong>, predictive planning, or supplier lead-time analytics (preferred).</li><li>Exposure to <strong>SAP IBP</strong> for inventory/demand planning is an advantage.</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
