Make a difference in a small company environment.<br><br><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b><ul style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;white-space:normal;text-decoration:none;color:#222222;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;" type="disc"><li style="margin-left:15px;">Strong communication and customer relationship experience.</li><li style="margin-left:15px;">Troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively. When field systems go down, you will be a member of the team responsible for owning the outage across its lifecycle, from remediation to postmortem. </li><li style="margin-left:15px;">Provide technical support to customers during the implementation and post-sales stage.
