We are searching for aContracts &amp; Procurement Specialistto join our Procurement &amp; Supply Chain team.</p><h3>Position Description</h3><p data-renderer-start-pos="529" data-local-id="65ae6d82-766f-471f-940b-ec0d6c9f0155">The Contracts &amp; Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting commercial contracting and procurement execution across <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oklo">Oklo</a>’s engineering, manufacturing, construction, operations, and corporate functions.</p><p data-renderer-start-pos="741" data-local-id="8b08ab1e96b9">This role performs the full lifecycle of procurement and contracting activities, including supplier engagement, sourcing support, commercial negotiations, contract drafting and administration, purchase order management, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Quality, Construction, and Program Management teams.</p><p data-renderer-start-pos="1083" data-local-id="430f450b157e">The Contracts &amp; Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oklo">Oklo</a>’s teams can efficiently engage suppliers, execute contracts, procure goods and services, and maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements as the company scales toward fleet deployment.</p><p data-renderer-start-pos="1374" data-local-id="6583f4d659bc">This position reports to the Senior Procurement Manager and may be based in Santa Clara, CA or remotely within the United States.</p><h3>Specific responsibilities may include:</h3><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1543" data-local-id="26a8a71e1745">Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Orders, Purchase Orders, consulting agreements, construction agreements, and engineering services contracts</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1794" data-local-id="fa7d5c994ad2">Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, liability provisions, insurance requirements, and risk allocation</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1950" data-local-id="6bb16c99f1e4">Coordinate contract review and approval processes with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Program Management, and executive stakeholders</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="2093" data-local-id="7f70e4ef0db8">Maintain contract records, amendments, renewals, deliverables, and closeout documentation</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="2186" data-local-id="41f76aa91710">Support development and continuous improvement of contracting processes, templates, and workflows</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="2287" data-local-id="d2a25ef16b34">Ensure procurement and contracting activities comply with internal procedures, quality requirements, export control regulations, and contractual obligations</p></li><li><p data-ren
