We’re building a world-class education platform to help people turn their knowledge into income through coaching and consulting.<br><br><strong>About The Role:</strong><br>This is a remote, full-time position. You must be available during 8AM–5PM EST, Monday to Friday. On average, you’ll work up to 9 hours per day, and some days will require a little more effort of 10 hours.<br><br>You must currently live in North America, Europe, or South Africa, and speak fluent, accent-neutral English. Clear communication is non-negotiable, we’re in the coaching business.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Here are the requirements:</h3><ul><li>You must be able to commit full time hours (Our office hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST, though if you are different time zones we're super open minded) </li></ul><ul><li>You will be conducting new onboarding calls daily to welcome in new students.</li><li>You will be conducting check in coaching calls daily, to hold accountable, motivate, and inspire students inside the program (must be comfortable jumping on 1:1 Zoom calls or recording Loom videos as needed.</li><li>You will be messaging clients on a daily basis, in order to hold them accountable to their plan of execution towards their goals and moderating the community. </li><li>Weekly group coaching calls answering client questions</li><li>Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills so we can put you in front of our clients and you can confidently answer their questions and guide their decisions</li><li>Help innovate our products by creating and producing new video trainings/worksheets to deliver a world-class experience.</li><li>Taking renewal / upgrade calls with clients and enrolling them into our backend coaching programs. </li><li>Should be proficient or at least knowledgeable about our tech stack (Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM, etc.) - you should be familiar with the above tools, or have
