<p>Bitarchitects is opening its Summer Internship 2024, offering a unique opportunity for talented architectural students to intern with our dynamic International team.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Managing design projects from concept development to completion</li><li>Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact</li><li>Complying with safety standards and international planning regulations</li><li>Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines</li><li>Creating engaging social media content to attract customers</li><li>Adjusting designs and plans to meet client needs</li><li>Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents</li><li>Collaborating with diverse construction professionals</li><li>Attending all Bitarchitects meetings</li></ul><p><strong>Required major:</strong> BA in Architecture</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Virtual</p><h3>Working hours:</h3><ul><li>Monday to Thursday at least 5 hours working/day</li><li>Zoom meetings with management in Washington DC from Monday to Thursday at 3:00 PM EST, 10:00 PM Beirut time</li></ul><h3>Major Notes:</h3><ul><li>The daily meeting attendance is mandatory (the intern that cannot join the meeting must send an official email mentioning the reason he/she cannot attend)</li><li>The work of the day can be done at the intern's convenient time (as long as the work is done)</li><li>Under any circumstances, early departure from the internship program will result in no certificate of completion or recommendation letter</li></ul><h3>Benefits of the internship:</h3><ul><li>Exposure to real-life architecture experience</li><li>Genuine teamwork coordination</li><li>Understanding of US building codes and regulations</li><li>Development of wood construction drafting skills</li><li>Enhancement of self-confidence and self-motivation</li><li>Adoption of a personal empowerment attitude</li><li>Successful performers will be eligible to internship level 2, which is paid</li><li>Priority will be given to those who have successfully completed the internship for a future job position at the company</li></ul><p><strong>Payment Methods:</strong> Unpaid</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 3 months approx.
