This role blends strategic outbound prospecting with disciplined pipeline management, enabling you to guide prospects from discovery through close. You’ll build trusted relationships with therapy practices, understand their clinical and operational needs, and position technology that helps them deliver better care while running more efficient businesses.</p><p>This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in outbound motion, is energized by healthcare complexity, and is excited to leverage AI‑enabled tools to work smarter and sell more effectively.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><p>Own and grow a defined territory by driving consistent outbound prospecting across calls, email, video, and social channels</p></li><li><p>Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into a healthy, predictable pipeline</p></li><li><p>Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that connect Fusion’s EHR and practice management capabilities to the real‑world needs of pediatric therapy practices</p></li><li><p>Navigate complex healthcare buying cycles, including multiple stakeholders and compliance considerations</p></li><li><p>Negotiate pricing and contract terms while balancing customer value and company objectives</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce</p></li><li><p>Use AI‑powered tools (e.g., CRM insights, conversation intelligence, sales enablement platforms) to personalize outreach, improve deal execution, and increase productivity</p></li><li><p>Represent Ensora Health and Fusion at industry conferences, webinars, and events focused on pediatric and behavioral health</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success to drive long‑term customer value</p></li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software</p></li><li><p>Proven success carrying a quota and closing net‑new business</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated strength in outbound prospecting and self‑sourced pipeline ge
