Job Description
<h3><strong>Position Summary:</strong></h3><p>The Specialist II, Experiential Learning Placements, supports learners and sites with simpler onboarding processes, without specialized portals or paper applications. This role focuses on monitoring deadlines, assisting learners with compliance tasks, and ensuring all site and learner requirements are met efficiently.</p><h3><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage placements for sites with standard onboarding procedures.</li><li>Assist learners in completing compliance tasks and meeting deadlines for placement.</li><li>Provide real-time guidance and support to learners regarding site requirements and rotation preparations.</li><li>Monitor site communication and update learners on placement confirmations and expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with Specialist III to ensure alignment on learner needs and site communications.</li><li>Complete pre- and post-semester projects and ongoing functional tasks as assigned.</li><li>Maintainaccurate records in CRMs and other technology systems to ensure data integrity.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support Academic Operations alignment.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>An associate degree from an accredited institution or completion of equivalent certification is required.</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations.</li><li>Demonstrated professional communication and correspondence skills.</li><li>Experience providing high-quality customer service.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Budgeted Hiring Range</div><div class="pay-range">$26—$29 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
