Our team consists of highly-skilled cross-functional consultants, analysts, and support staff.</p><h3>Role Overview:</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee and ensure the successful execution of a Data Centre Relocation and Upgrade project. The role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance (QA) processes, risk management, and compliance standards to minimize operational disruption and ensure a seamless transition.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h3>Quality Assurance &amp; Governance</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement a quality assurance framework for the data centre migration/upgrade.</li><li>Establish and enforce best practices for testing infrastructure, network, and application migration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ITIL, and other relevant standards.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis to mitigate potential failures.</li><li>Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the migration/upgrade.</li><li>Develop and oversee change control processes to maintain system integrity.</li></ul><h3>Testing &amp; Validation</h3><ul><li>Lead functional, performance, and failover testing for data centre infrastructure.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper validation of hardware, network, and software components.</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-migration testing to verify data integrity and system performance.</li><li>Establish a robust disaster recovery (DR) and failover testing process.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Management &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Project Managers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Security Teams.</li><li>Provide regular quality reports to senior management and project sponsors.</li><li>Facilitate lessons learned sessions post-migration to improve future initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Regulatory &amp; Compliance Oversight</h3><ul><li>Ensure adherence to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).</li><li>Work with auditors to validate compliance and security controls.</li><li>Document all quality procedures, incidents, and resolutions for audit readiness.</li><li>Proven experience as a Quality Lead/Manager in data centre migrations or upgrades.<br>Strong understanding of data centre architectures, cloud integrations, and infrastructure components.<br>Experience with ITIL, ISO
