Guided by a council of 2000+ trusted HCP advisors, we ensure every interaction is clinically meaningful, ethically grounded and leads to better patient care.</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are hiring a Product Manager, ION to lead the roadmap and execution for the underlying forecasting and delivery capabilities that power Ascend’s performance and <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/impiricus">Impiricus</a>’s industry leading Network of opted-in HCPs. This is an infrastructure oriented product that sits underneath the UX/UI.</p><p>This role is ideal for a technical product manager who is self-sufficient in navigating and analyzing datasets, highly collaborative, and comfortable working across data, delivery systems, and platform infrastructure. You will partner with Engineering, Data, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable capabilities that improve forecast reliability, network utilization, and operational efficiency while supporting continued product growth.</p><p>You will own core ION initiatives from definition through rollout, including controlled production enablement, instrumentation, and ongoing optimization.</p><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><h4>Product Strategy and Roadmap</h4><ul><li>Define and manage the roadmap for ION capabilities that improve network-level decisioning, forecasting, and delivery outcomes.</li><li>Translate business goals and operational needs into clear technical requirements, milestones, and success metrics.</li><li>Prioritize platform investments that balance near-term impact with long-term scalability and maintainability.</li><li>Partner with Product leadership to align ION roadmap decisions to broader Ascend and RightChannel priorities.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to develop external publications and industry content that communicate ION's innovation and reinforce <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/impiricus">Impiricus</a>'s position as a leader
