We are a long-established and highly respected Microsoft partner with an extensive portfolio of high-profile clients that continues to grow.</p><p>Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Modern Work & Security Transformation Architect who is experienced in defining, shaping and delivering broad Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Cloud solutions to our client base, ensuring time, cost and quality expectations are successfully achieved.</p><p>The focus of the role is to provide confident technical leadership across complex customer engagements, ensuring that business challenges, current-state estates, technical dependencies and transformation objectives are fully understood. The successful candidate will combine strong Microsoft 365 experience with broad awareness across the wider Modern Work and Security ecosystem, enabling them to lead multi-workstream programmes, identify opportunities and coordinate specialist input where deeper expertise is required.</p><p>The role extends beyond solution delivery and includes responsibility for shaping technical strategy, supporting enterprise architecture discussions, developing new service propositions, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/cps">CPS</a> continues to identify and respond to opportunities across Microsoft's modern work, security, compliance and migration ecosystem.</p><p>Our focus is on working from home and creating a sustainable travel plan with clients.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Pre-Sales, Delivery and Evangelism</h3><ul><li>Design, build and demonstrate Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Security capabilities to prospective clients.</li><li>Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions and strategic conversations with stakeholders from technical teams through to executive leadership.</li><li>Gather and document business, functional, technical, security, compliance and migration requirements.</li><li>Produce current-state assessments, target-state architectures, strategic recommendations, roadmaps, options appraisals and migration strategies.</li><li>Create high-quality architecture and solution designs capable of being handed over to multi-disciplinary delivery teams for successful implementation.</li><li>Provide technical leadership across large customer programmes, coordinating architecture decisions across productivity, collaboration, security, compliance, identity, endpoint, migration and UC workstreams, and drawing on SMEs for specialist design input where required.</li><li>Support technical governance, design assurance, dependency management and risk resolution throughout customer engagements.</li><li>Assist in writing compelling proposals, responses to tenders, discovery reports, business cases and statements of work.</li><li>Estimate delivery effort and support solution costing activities across
