We’re building the AI Growth Engine that powers the next generation of consumer brands.</p><p>With over $1B+ in cumulative revenue, 12M+ customers, and 500+ talents across 19 countries, we combine technology, growth marketing, and operational excellence to scale purpose-driven, digitally native brands.</p><p>We own and operate our own digitally native brands (not an agency), with presence in Walmart, Nordstrom, and Amazon, and a strong global D2C footprint.</p><h4><strong>Why <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/trafilea-com">Trafilea</a></strong></h4><p>We’re a tech-led eCommerce group scaling our own globally loved DTC brands, while helping ambitious talent grow just as fast.</p><h3>🚀 We build and scale our own brands.</h3><p>🦾 We invest in AI and automation like few others in eCom.</p><p>📈 We test fast, grow fast, and help you do the same.</p><p>🤝 Be part of a dynamic, diverse, and talented global team.</p><p>🌍 100% Remote, USD competitive salary, paid time off, and more.</p><h4><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Own the retention strategy across Email, SMS, Push Notifications and Loyalty.</p></li><li><p>Improve key business metrics including Repurchase Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Purchase Frequency, Gross Revenue, Gross Margin, and NPS.</p></li><li><p>Design, prioritize and execute experimentation roadmaps for campaigns, lifecycle automations and customer journeys.</p></li><li><p>Build customer segmentation strategies using behavioral, transactional and engagement data.</p></li><li><p>Develop lifecycle communication strategies for different customer segments and markets.</p></li><li><p>Monitor channel performance and optimize CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rates and engagement metrics.</p></li><li><p>Lead retention planning within major marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent omnichannel customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Data Science to identify new segmentation opportunities and predictive models.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Creative teams to continuously improve messaging performance.</p></li><li><p>Own retention calendars, communication frequency and channel orchestration.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate new retention technologies and automation opportunities to improve scalability.</p></li><li><p>Present insights, recommendations and business impact to stakeholders</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience leading CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Retention initiatives in eCommerce or high-growth digital businesses.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing Email Marketing as a primary retention channel.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with SMS and Push Notification strategies.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of customer lifecy
