The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. <br><br><br><br>Sales Development is searching for a Vendor Sales Coach to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our vendor-based SDs (Sales Development) to educate and persuade new customers to embrace LinkedInâs different platform capabilities. The Vendor Salesâ¯Coach will help usâ¯penetrateâ¯multiple markets byâ¯onboardingâ¯new SD agentsâ¯and/or expandingâ¯successful ongoing relationships withâ¯existingâ¯SD vendors. <br><br><br><br><strong>This role has US staffing customers working in US time zones and hence flexibility to accommodate US work timings is a requirement in this role.<br><br></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:⯠<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Onboard and coach vendor-based SDs to the LinkedIn Talent product suite with bestâ¯practicesâ¯and systems knowledge. </li><li>Own SD operations relating to coaching, training, mentoring, KPI (Key Performance Indicators) development and performance tracking. </li><li>Monitor weekly SD performance metrics through rigorous team performance diagnoses, creating Vendor performance plans to share insights with SD --Vendors & Vendor Leadership via weekly office hours, 1:1 SD trainings- tracking follow-ups on actions to deliverâ¯revenue and Vendor expectations. </li><li>Create content for playbooks on all things SD and beyond that will enable broader vendor teams' success. </li><li>Build an influential & trusted partner relationships with vendor sales management providing appropriate support & guidance on best practices to run a successful SD motion. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve SD outcomesâ¯includingâ¯finding innovative and scalable ways to deliver results, unlock growth andâ¯partner with central teams toâ¯executeâ¯vendor operations improvement initiatives.â¯â¯â¯ <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><p><strong>Basic Qualifications: <br><br></strong></p><ul><li>3
