We develop and deploy some of the world’s most advanced UAVs, combining highly integrated hardware, embedded software, sensors, compute platforms, and production processes into reliable systems for demanding real-world missions.​</span></p><p style=";"><span style="color: #f3f4f7">As part of our Software Production Support Team, you will work at the intersection of serial UAV production, embedded software, firmware deployment, production diagnostics, automation, and traceability. You will help ensure that every drone leaving production is equipped with the correct software, firmware, configuration, and documentation needed for safe and reliable operation.​</span></p><p style=";"></p><p style=";"><span style="color: #f3f4f7">Between hands-on troubleshooting on the production floor, flashing microcontrollers and compute modules, analyzing system behavior, improving diagnostic workflows, developing production tools, and refining digital work instructions, you will play a key role in turning advanced UAV technology into stable, scalable, and efficient serial production</span></p><p style=";"><br /><br /></p><h4><strong>What is your Day to Day Mission:</strong></h4><ul><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Leading and developing the Software Production Support team​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Prioritizing urgent production support topics and long-term improvement activities​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Identifying bottlenecks, recurring issues, and process weaknesses in serial production​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Defining robust processes for microcontroller flashing, NVIDIA Orin installation, firmware updates, diagnostics, and recovery workflows​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Driving automation and standardization of software-related production steps​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Ensuring that production tools are reliable, versioned, documented, and maintainable​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Defining requirements for production traceability and digital paper trail documentation​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Coordinating software-related production escalations with Engineering, Quality, and Industrialization​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Ensuring that Operations1 work instructions are technically correct and reflect the real production process​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Monitoring KPIs such as production downtime, flashing success rate, recurring issues, and software-related first-pass yield​.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #f7f7f8">Turning production issues into sustainable process, tooling, or engineering improvements.</span></p></li></ul><br /><br /><h4><strong><br /></strong></h4><h4><strong>What you
