<p>Supply Chain Director</p><p><strong>New York, USA</strong></p><p><strong>On-site / Hybrid depending on business needs</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Company</strong></p><p>Novaris Search is partnered with a growing business within the <strong>personal care and beauty manufacturing</strong> space that is looking to appoint a <strong>Supply Chain Director</strong> to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain function.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a key leadership role for a commercially aware supply chain professional who can build structure, improve performance, and support the business through its next phase of growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for overseeing the full supply chain operation, including <strong>planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and cross-functional coordination</strong> across the business.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will lead efforts to improve service levels, optimise inventory, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure the supply chain function is aligned with operational and commercial objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>This role would suit someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and experience operating in a fast-paced <strong>manufacturing environment</strong>, ideally within <strong>personal care, cosmetics, beauty, or a related category</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics</li><li>Develop and improve supply chain processes to support service, cost, and efficiency targets</li><li>Partner with operations, manufacturing, commercial, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business needs</li><li>Drive S&amp;OP and demand planning processes to improve forecasting accuracy and supply continuity</li><li>Manage supplier performance and support procurement strategies to reduce risk and improve reliability</li><li>Oversee inventory strategy to balance working capital with customer service requirements</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function</li><li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team</li><li>Provide reporting, analysis, and leadership insight on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role within <strong>manufacturing</strong></li><li>Strong background across <strong>planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain strategy</strong></li><li>Experience in <strong>personal care, beauty, cosmetics, OTC, or related consumer manufacturing</strong> would be preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and improve supply chain performance in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong understanding of S&amp;
