You'll work closely with senior strategists to keep campaigns running efficiently by coordinating creators, managing affiliate workflows, tracking performance, and ensuring operational excellence.</p><p>The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning complex processes into organized, scalable systems.</p><hr><h3>What You'll Do</h3><h3>Creator & Affiliate Operations</h3><ul><li>Support the execution of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate programs across multiple client accounts.</li>
<li>Coordinate creator outreach, follow-ups, affiliate approvals, and campaign activations.</li>
<li>Assist with product sampling, creator onboarding, and campaign documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain organized creator databases and campaign trackers.</li>
</ul><h3>Campaign & Backend Management</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day workflows within TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.</li>
<li>Monitor product availability, sample requests, creator participation, and campaign progress.</li>
<li>Identify operational issues and escalate them proactively.</li>
<li>Ensure campaign data remains accurate and organized.</li>
</ul><h3>Reporting & Performance Tracking</h3><ul><li>Update dashboards, spreadsheets, and recurring performance reports.</li>
<li>Monitor KPIs including creator activity, content production, sample acceptance, GMV, clicks, conversions, and affiliate performance.</li>
<li>Help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data analysis.</li>
</ul><h3>Client & Team Support</h3><ul><li>Prepare reports, meeting notes, and performance updates for client presentations.</li>
