We use our proven track record as an innovator, our in-depth medical knowledge and our strategic guidance to help healthcare providers achieve their clinical, operational and business strategies.</p><p>As a Service Innovation Manager, you lead the design, standardization, and evolution of service models that ensure our solutions can be successfully delivered, supported, and scaled in real-world environments.</p><p>You drive end-to-end service design across the product lifecycle, combining service strategy, operational readiness, and cost modeling with strong delivery leadership.</p><h3>Location:</h3><ul><li>Remote: United States / Canada </li></ul><h3>What You'll Do:</h3><ul><li>Own and drive the definition of all service requirements across products, features, and programs</li><li>Lead the design of end-to-end service delivery models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and customer readiness</li><li>Own and manage the service design lifecycle, from concept through validation, launch, and operational handover</li><li>Own and drive the definition and governance of Customer Acceptance Test Plans for new features and design changes</li><li>Provide reliable cost models and delivery estimates to support sales, quoting, and business planning</li><li>Lead and coordinate service design initiatives and projects, including:<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Planning and prioritization</li><li>Resource alignment</li><li>Stakeholder management</li></ul></li><li>Ensure effective transition to operations, including validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer</li><li>Drive standardization of service packages and deployment models across regions</li><li>Continuously improve service efficiency, quality, and profitability, based on field feedback and performance insights</li></ul><h3>Who You Are:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in service design, service management, or technical delivery leadership</li><li>Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination</li><li>Solid understanding of:<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Service lifecycle management
