Our customers include leading innovators in Aerospace & Defense, Materials, Energy, Semiconductors, and Automotive.</div></div><h3><strong>Note: </strong>We are currently recruiting for multiple positions across different levels, however please only apply for the role that best aligns with your skillset and career goals.</h3> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>As<span class="Apple-converted-space"> a <strong>Senior </strong></span><strong>Technical Programme Manager</strong>, you will own the operational heartbeat of the PhysicsX product organisation, ensuring that work moves clearly from strategic intent to shipped product, and that nothing falls between teams.</p> <p>You will work alongside a set of Product Managers, Group Engineering Leads, and Delivery engineering teams who will rely on you to keep the machine running, by owning:</p> <ul> <li>Efficient product processes that govern how we plan and execute across the organisation</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with team-level processes in the individual teams</li> <li>Cross-team programmes and rituals that keep the organisation moving as one.</li> </ul> <p>It is a role for someone with genuine delivery instincts who understands how complex enterprise software gets built, thrives in taming ambiguity, and can create clarity without creating bureaucracy.</p> <h2>Your Impact</h2> <p>You will make a complex, multi-team product organisation significantly easier to navigate - for the teams inside it, and for the customers and stakeholders who depend on it.</p> <p>You will own the rhythm of our sprints across the Product organisation, ensuring the backlog and roadmap are up to accurate, informative and aligned with our strategy.
