This role is ideal for someone who enjoys attracting talent, influencing hiring managers, and leading people processes — someone who can be a partner and balance strong execution with thoughtful judgment.</p><h3><strong>About The Role </strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Senior Talent Partner</strong>, you will be part of the People team and will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and senior stakeholders across the company.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a senior individual contributor role with strong ownership. You will own end-to-end recruitment process, attract talent, guide hiring teams, improve candidate experience, and help us make thoughtful hiring decisions.
