You'll develop affiliate growth strategies, manage client relationships, analyze performance data, optimize creator programs, and build scalable processes that drive measurable business results.</p><p>The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate programs, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoys combining strategy, execution, analytics, and leadership to deliver outstanding performance.</p><hr><h3>What You'll Do</h3><h3>Social Commerce Strategy</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies that drive GMV growth.</li> <li>Define creator, product, sampling, and activation strategies.</li> <li>Continuously optimize programs based on platform trends and performance data.</li> </ul><h3>Client Success &amp; Strategy</h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts.</li> <li>Lead client meetings, present performance insights, and recommend growth opportunities.</li> <li>Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and execution.</li> </ul><h3>Creator &amp; Affiliate Management</h3><ul><li>Lead creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and activation.</li> <li>Manage affiliate pipelines, product sampling, and creator performance.</li> <li>Optimize outreach messaging, creator engagement, and conversion rates.</li> </ul><h3>Performance &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li>Monitor KPIs including GMV, ROAS, conversions, creator activity, and content production.</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards that support data-driven decision making.</li> <li>Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.</li> </ul><h3>Process Improvement &amp; Leadership</h3><ul><li>Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices.</li> <li>Help establish processes that improve efficienc
