<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a foundational senior engineering hire at a small, ambitious robotics startup in Munich building a <strong>fully flexible, intelligent robotic work cell</strong> for the hardest manual tasks in industry — <strong>surface finishing, welding, and coating</strong>.
