You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in the technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in the Microsoft development stack—including X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the Dataverse environment, relational database design, and complex SQL/OData queries.</li> <li>Extensive experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and managing Data Entities.</li> <li>Proven experience with Azure-hosted services and their interaction with the Dynamics 365 environment.</li> <li>Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-500, or MB-400) are highly valued.</li> <li>Intermediate-advanced English level.</li> <li>Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the technical design and deployment of end-to-end solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.</li> <li>Develop and maintain high-quality customizations (using X++ or C#/.NET) following "Clean Core" principles to ensure easy upgrades and maintainability.</li> <li>Leverage Power Apps (Canvas &amp; Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse to create low-code/pro-code hybrid solutions.</li> <li>Architect and build secure integrations between D365 and external systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management).</li> <li>Implement and extend Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven features to enhance business processes and data intelligence.</li> <li>Oversee the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process using Azure DevOps, ensuring rigorous version control and automated deployment pipelines.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
