From concepting to closing and beyond, we deliver measurable value through immersive intelligence: transforming raw geospatial and project data into powerful, real-time 3D environments that drive better decisions. <br><br>Imerza is part of the <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/together-group">Together Group</a> - a collective of world-class creative and marketing agencies including Noe &amp; Associates, Visualisation One, Purple, Construct, Folk at Purple, HotPot China, and North Six. <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/together-group">Together Group</a> brings together specialist expertise across branding, visualisation, communications, and digital experience, giving Imerza access to an unparalleled network of talent and resources to deliver transformative outcomes for clients globally.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div><div>- Lead and manage all GIS technical deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements and company standards. <br>- Oversee the full GIS workflow, from data acquisition and processing to final integration into immersive environments. <br>- Maintain strict adherence to standardised data structures, schemas, naming conventions, and metadata protocols for all geospatial datasets. <br>- Develop, implement, and enforce best-practice GIS data management policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability. <br>- Perform advanced geospatial data processing, cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance using ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms. <br>- Prepare and optimise GIS datasets (vector, raster, elevation/DEM, 3D features, and attribute data) for ingestion into Unreal Engine. <br>- Utilise Unreal Engine tools and plugins (e.g. ArcGIS Maps SDK for Unreal Engine) to import, geo-reference, and integrate GIS data into real-time 3D environments and digital twins. <br>- Collaborate closely with Unreal Engine developers, 3D artists, and visualisation teams to troubleshoot geospatial integration issues (coordinate systems, scale, precision, performance optimisation). <br>- Ensure geospatial accuracy, coordinate reference system alignment, and visual fidelity when translating GIS data into Unreal Engine scenes. <br>- Manage version control, backups, and archiving of GIS datasets to support project iteration and long-term asset reuse. <br>- Document GIS processes, data pipelines, and Unreal Engine ingestion workflows to facilitate team knowledge sharing and onboarding. <br>- Identify and implement opportunities to automate GIS-to-Unreal data pipelines for increased efficiency on large-scale projects. <br>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior GIS team members on data standards, Unreal integration techniques, and project-specific
