Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.<br /></p><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">The opportunity</span></strong> </p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Engineering Manager</strong> for our Supply Domain, which is an engineering organization of roughly 30 people. </p><p>To support our scaling goals, we are looking for a hands-on leader with a builder mentality who can speed up our integrations and deliver features fast without simply multiplying the team size. You will take calculated risks, navigate unknowns, and ensure we leverage our investments in tooling and engineering transformation to meet our core product goals.<br /></p><p style=";"></p><p><strong>What will you do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own one of our Domains from the Engineering and delivery standpoint.</p></li><li><p>Manage, lead, and grow our Engineering teams (people development, people engagement, hiring, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Drive integration efficiency by executing a consolidated strategy, accelerating feature delivery without linearly increasing headcount.</p></li><li><p>Partner proactively with the TPM teams, fostering real collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of specific parts of the product, ensuring on-time launches, operational excellence, and successful client exposure.</p></li><li><p>Manage team performance pragmatically, setting clear goals, tracking progress, and acting decisively to keep the team in top shape.</p></li><li><p>Navigate and manage risk, confidently handling unknowns while pushing forward complex technical initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Take responsibility for the architectural design within the domain.</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Workplace: </strong>Berlin & Hybrid</p><p>With the HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office, and also with teams located around the Globe.</p><br /><br /><p><strong>Who are you</strong></p><ul><li><p>You are an experienced People leader who has managed people leaders in the past and guided organizational growth.</p></li><li><p>You are a well-rounded Engineer who can address technical issues yours
