<p>We're looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own CRM analytics and execution across all three brands and three markets with a focus on email automation in Klaviyo. If you're looking to take full analytical and operational ownership to develop our cohorts to their full potentials this might be for you!</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Develop our core customer metrics like repurchase rate and customer lifetime value</li> <li>Own CRM performance across three brands and three markets end to end</li> <li>Build granular, multi-dimensional segmentation (RFM, product affinity, lifecycle stage)</li> <li>Design and run a real A/B-testing with clear hypotheses, proper sample sizes, decisions based on revenue per recipient</li> <li>Use Claude as your default tool for copy, creative briefing, and campaign production</li> <li>Automate reporting and recurring CRM processes (e.g. via Klaviyo MCP, n8n)</li> <li>Build toward a state where no campaign is manually built and sent - flows and automation do the work</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Multi year B2C e-commerce background ideally in an international setting</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep, advanced Klaviyo experience - flows with custom actions, API calls, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Already using Klaviyo MCP or genuinely eager to work this way</p> </li> <li> <p>Very strong analytical mindset: you think in segmentation logic and test hypotheses</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable in Klaviyo's templating language (HTML+Liquid)</p> </li> <li> <p>Nice to have:</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic scripting (Python/JS) for data exports and automation</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with SMS as a channe</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with WhatsApp as a channel</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Over 1 million orders, 5 markets, 3 brands – things are happening here.
