From sourcing top candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screens, you'll play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience and helping the team hit its hiring goals.</p><h3>What You'll Be Doing:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom once calibrated with the hiring team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS throughout the hiring process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO); candidates with strong energy, presence on camera, and fast learning ability will also be considered with 2+ years of experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels, especially LinkedIn.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools, with strong on-camera presence and communication energy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open r
