This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on executing on product vision, stakeholder management, and facilitating a successful product lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how sports organisations operate and a genuine passion for building products that make a real difference to coaches, sports scientists and performance staff. This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and occasional weekend work to support our US-based clients and global roadmap.</div><h3>We will expect you to;</h3><ul><div><ul data-local-id="7bd9ccb79ecd" data-indent-level="1" style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1242" data-local-id="ddf5592ef7f1">Work directly with Lead Product Managers to align product strategy with client outcomes and company objectives</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1356" data-local-id="2bdce2acb9a1">Own the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery and ideation through to release and iteration</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1466" data-local-id="0e57d87f4265">Develop a deep understanding of how sports organisations operate, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to stay close to the problem space</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1641" data-local-id="89557f3b165b">Define and manage a prioritised roadmap, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-impact work</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1748" data-local-id="b81094e65fe2">Actively monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends in sports performance technology, using those insights to sharpen prioritisation and inform product strategy</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="1930" data-local-id="8eb2742f5764">Partner with engineering and design squads to translate insights into well-scoped, outcome-driven deliverables</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="2044" data-local-id="40c5fcd316ee">Foster the principle of building the smallest valuable thing and iterating based on evidence and f
