<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">A fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform is looking for a talented and proactive <strong>Full-Stack Product Engineer</strong> to join the team on-site in Berlin. Founded in 2023, the company builds a comprehensive, security-first platform that helps organizations securely adopt and integrate generative AI — covering AI chat, workflows, custom agents, and integrations across entire business operations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work directly with the Chief Product Officer, and ship AI-powered capabilities that drive enterprise adoption at scale.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the development of product features across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build end-to-end solutions spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather insights, iterate on features, and refine user flows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user journeys.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in <strong>Support Engineer rotations</strong>, periodically shifting focus to assist customers and the customer support team alongside the rest of the engineering team.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of experience in software engineering.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong proficiency with <strong>Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js</strong> (dealbreakers).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with <strong>PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end — from concept to production — in full-stack development.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience collaborating closely with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to shape product direction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong CS fundamentals with a habit of rapid learning and adaptation.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Salary:</strong> $66,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experien
