<p><strong>Summary:</strong><br />We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer with a strong focus on electronics design, PCB development, and EPLAN-based engineering. In this role, you will lead the design of board-level circuits and electrical systems, drive engineering standards, and support innovation in automated machine technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.</p><p style=";"></p><p style=";"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems for reverse vending machines</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain schematics and circuit designs</p></li><li><p>Create and release electrical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs</p></li><li><p>Design and specify components such as sensors, motor controls, and embedded electronics</p></li><li><p>Use EPLAN and other CAD tools to develop and manage electrical designs</p></li><li><p>Establish and improve engineering standards, design processes, and documentation practices</p></li><li><p>Support manufacturing and supply chain with component selection, validation, and design updates</p></li><li><p>Drive DFM, DFMEA, and design validation activities</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and production issues</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</p></li></ul><br /><br /><p style=";"><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred; Mechatronics acceptable)</p></li><li><p>10+ years of experience in electrical/electronics design</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with EPLAN and basic knowledge in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, EAGLE)</p></li><li><p>Solid background in circuit design and board-level development</p></li><li><p>Experience working with sensors, motor control, and embedded systems is a plus</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with structured engineering methods (DFMEA, DFM, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Fluent in German and English</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>30 days of annual leave</p></li><li><p>Subsidized company pension plan</p></li><li><p>A high degree of freedom</p></li><li><p>Flexible working hours </p></li><li><p>Employee discounts for various online shops via Corporate Benefits</p></li><li><p>Company (e-)bike leasing</p></li><li><p>Subsidy for gym memberships</p></li><li><p>Health management programs</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p style=";">Envipco is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
