You will also help manage and prioritize prospect/customer queries and follow through with the execution and resolution of any production incidents.</p><p>You will partner with our Engineering, GTM teams and other cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of assistance and be a subject-matter expert to our clients around the world, particularly in India, the largest WhatsApp market.<br><br>This role will be supporting the US timezone (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).</p><p>As a Presales Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include</p><ul><li>Conducting product demonstrations for prospects, outlining various use cases and potential solutions</li><li>Documenting API integrations and solutions for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Developing new use cases and turnkey solutions to aid sales and drive customer adoption</li><li>Communicating insights and aiding the product team in developing native integrations and product improvements</li><li>Managing and prioritizing prospect and customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner</li></ul><h3>What will make you stand out</h3><ul><li>Ability to learn and work independently</li><li>You enjoy working directly with customers</li><li>Previous experience as a software engineer</li><li>Experience in a start-up wo
