<h3>About the Role</h3><p>ThreeTrader is a globally operating online trading services provider committed to delivering reliable, high-quality financial services. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and resilient Broker Operations Specialist to join our Operations team.</p><p>In this role, you will be at the core of our day-to-day brokerage operations — managing account processes, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring seamless service continuity across shifts. This is a high-frequency, fast-paced environment that rewards strong process discipline, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handle daily operational requests related to account management and deposit/withdrawal processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.</li><li>Coordinate closely with internal departments including CS, Sales, Risk, Finance, and BIT teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.</li><li>Follow up on operational cases with efficiency and precision, maintaining a high standard of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Support shift-based operational coverage to ensure consistent and stable service quality across all operating hours.</li><li>Participate in process optimisation, operational monitoring, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.</li><li>Identify and escalate operational anomalies or risks in a timely manner, contributing to a proactive risk management culture.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal compliance and audit requirements.</li><li>Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline repetitive processes and improve overall operational efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2-4 years of working experience, with candidates from Forex/Financial industry backgrounds strongly preferred.</li><li>Ability and willingness to adapt to shift-based working arrangements, including rotating or non-standard hours.</li><li>Emotionally stable and able to maintain consistent performance in high-frequency, repetitive communication environments.</li><li>Capable of managing long-term cross-department coordination and sustained operational follow-up with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to learn operational logic and internal processes.</li><li>Demonstrated mindset to leverage AI tools for improving work efficiency, productivity, and quality, with a proactive approach to exploring new ways to enhance business impact.</li><li>Candidates with long-term career development intentions are preferred — we invest in people who grow with us.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Prior experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Financial Support environments, particularly in roles involving FX products.</li><li>Track record of handling high-volume operational tasks or working in shift-based roles within
