We serve industries including professional services, insurance, financial services, and customer support.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Member of Technical Staff, Product</strong>, you will be at the core of our engineering effort: turning workflow observations into production-grade AI agents that autonomously perform real work. You'll collaborate directly with customers, own your systems end-to-end, and ship automations that measurably save hours of manual effort. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a fast-moving early-stage team.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Convert observed customer workflows into deployable AI agents that perform work autonomously.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with customers to understand their operations and identify high-value automation opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ship production automations that replace hours of repetitive tasks and improve user efficiency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own AI agents end-to-end: design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve them.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run experiments with new models, techniques, and use cases; benchmark results and ship what works.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to observability and monitoring practices — metrics, dashboards, and alerting for live AI systems.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development, with a strong track record of building and delivering production-grade AI agents.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based systems in production — not just prototypes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of production AI agents (build → deploy → monitor → improve).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong Python programming skills; comfortable working across the full stack of an AI system.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience turning observed or documented workflows into deployable AI automations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to operate effectively in early-stage, resource-constrained teams.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience designing AI
