<h3>About the Practice </h3><p>We are a large, established dermatology clinic with 9 locations, serving a broad patient population across medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Our practice is growing and we are investing in building a strong, data-driven marketing function to match our clinical reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a multi-location healthcare brand at a pivotal moment of growth. </p><h3>Position Overview </h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across all 9 of our dermatology locations. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing strategies spanning social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content, and brand consistency — all tailored to a healthcare audience and compliant with applicable regulations. </p><p>The ideal candidate understands the nuances of marketing a multi-location medical practice, knows how to balance brand-level strategy with location-level needs, and can translate clinical services into compelling patient-facing messaging. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you will set the direction and execute on it. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><h3>Marketing Strategy & Planning </h3><ul><li>Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and calendar across all 9 locations </li></ul><ul><li>Identify growth opportunities across service lines including medical dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and surgical procedures </li></ul><ul><li>Balance brand-wide marketing priorities with location-specific campaigns and community needs </li></ul><ul><li>Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs aligned with patient acquisition, retention, and revenue targets </li></ul><ul><li>Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership </li></ul><h3>Social Media & Content Marketing </h3><ul><li>Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee creation of engaging, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant content that educates patients and builds brand trust </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clinical teams to highlight providers, services, before-and-after content, and patient education </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor social engagement, community management, and brand reputation across all location profiles </li></ul><ul><li>Manage or collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers as needed </li></ul><h3>Paid Advertising </h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms </li></ul><ul><li>Manage advertising budgets across all 9 locations, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on ad investment </li></ul><ul><li>Develop location-specific and service-specific ad campaigns targeting relevant patient de
