<div>We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong technical understanding of eCommerce solutions and integrations. The role focuses on expanding long-term partnerships by identifying growth opportunities across scandiweb’s digital commerce, development, and experience services.</div><div><br>Our Key Account Managers work with international eCommerce brands and enterprise clients such as <em>Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times,</em> helping them scale their digital commerce operations. The role combines strategic account growth with active sales engagement to uncover opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.</div><h3>Requirements</h3><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of web development and/or project management methodologies</li><li>Technical understanding of eCommerce components and structure</li><li>Hands-on experience selling digital solutions</li><li>Self-motivation to learn new frameworks and systems to advance your expertise</li><li>Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as <em>Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Hyvä, Akeneo, or PimCore</em></li><li>Experienced in nurturing relationships with clients</li><li>Confident communication skills – can express yourself clearly in spoken, written, and presentation formats</li><li>Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical and commercial proposals</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English. scandiweb works internationally </li><li>Willingness to travel internationally, including Europe, the Middle East, and the US.</li></ul></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><div><ul><li>Build and nurture client relationships while driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services</li><li>Research prospects and existing clients to understand business objectives and uncover growth opportunities</li><li>Develop strategic account plans, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention </li><li>Stay up-to-date about industry trends and market conditions</li><li>Lead daily sales activities, including preparing new offers and engaging potential clients through calls</li><li>Participate in all stages of the sales process for both inbound and outbound leads, from introductory calls to solutionizing</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor for the client and scandiweb’s CTOs and CEOs</li><li>Prepare compelling business presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients</li></ul></div><h3>What we offer</h3><div><ul><li>Monthly salary in the range of 1200-3000 EUR NET.
