<p>📍 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)</p><p>⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, UK business hours (GMT)</p><p>💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor (May initially be short-term in nature, with the possibility to extend based on client needs and performance)</p><p>💸 Rate: Approximately ₱400 per hour (depending on experience)</p><h3><u>In this role you will</u>:</h3><ul><li>Support the Customer Success team with data gathering, organization, and quality checks across customer accounts.</li><li>Liaise with customers and their partners/vendors on questions related to data completeness or accuracy.</li><li>Help analyze data sets to support the CS team's work — this may include Proof of Concept support, customer simulations, or other data needs that come up</li><li>Support customers in hitting their success plans and integration timelines by owning data-related tasks assigned to you</li><li>Build product knowledge of customer onboarding and the platform over time</li><li>Share customer and market insights back to the product and engineering teams</li><li>Support various administrative tasks to help the team run smoothly</li><li>Help identify ways to make existing workflows more efficient</li></ul><p><u><strong>About you:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.</li><li>Fluent in verbal and written English.</li><li>As an independent contractor, you must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access.</li><li><strong>University Degree</strong> in a relevant field: <strong>Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science </strong>(or similar).</li><li>Comfortable working with data — strong Excel skills, and an analytical mindset for spotting patterns and cleaning up messy data sets</li><li>Some exposure to data cleansing and data governance practices is a plus</li></ul><p><u><strong>Additional information:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Recent university graduates welcome!</strong></li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
