We’re building the future of consulting, and this is your chance to be part of shaping it.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>As a Head of Sales (m/f/d) at Consultport, you'll own and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and hit ambitious targets. You'll build and lead a high-performing SDR team while personally managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure. You report directly to founders of Consultport and will work directly with senior decision-makers at leading companies. You'll develop key client relationships and ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at a fast-growing company where you'll have real ownership over results and the opportunity to grow with us.</p> <p><strong><em>Strategic Sales Leadership</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets</li> <li>Identify business opportunities and drive growth initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Team Management</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a team of top performing SDRs, fostering a high-performance sales culture.</li> <li>Set clear individual and team performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.</li> <li>Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Sales Performance</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Completion of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.</li> <li>Drive the implementation of sales best practices to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.</li> <li>Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Client Relationships</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.</li> <li>Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, up- and cross-selling, ensuring always the highest customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Innovation</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Continuously improve our sales processes, innovate our approaches and drive customer satisfaction</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li> <li>6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in leadership managing a sales team.</li> <li>Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM software and sales a
