We believe in striking a balance between professionalism and being human.</p><p><strong>👀 Who we're looking for:The Head of Marketing is responsible for managing and executing <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/huble">Huble</a>’s global marketing activity across demand generation, campaigns, events, content, website management, partnerships, and social media.</strong></p><p><strong>This role combines overall marketing leadership and strategy with hands-on execution — ensuring marketing plans are strategically aligned, effectively coordinated, executed on time, and contributing to pipeline growth.</strong></p><p><strong>The role works closely with the CEO, Commercial Directors, sales teams, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into coordinated marketing execution across multiple regions.</strong></p><p><strong>This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone highly organised, commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.</strong></p><p><strong>The Head of Marketing reports directly to the CEO.</strong></p><h3><strong>🚀 Key Performance Areas:</strong></h3><p><strong>1. Ownership of the overall marketing strategy and execution </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Support the execution of <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/huble">Huble</a>’s global marketing and demand generation plans</strong></li><li><strong>Work closely with Commercial Directors and leadership to operationalise marketing initiatives and campaigns</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure marketing activity contributes toward inbound demand generation and pipeline growth</strong></li><li><strong>Coordinate campaign execution across channels including website, events, content, partnerships, email, webinars, paid activity, and social media</strong></li><li><strong>Manage campaign timelines, execution standards, and delivery across the marketing team</strong></li><li><strong>Track and report on marketing-generated pipeline and sales prospects</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>2. Website Management &amp; CRO</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Own the operational management of <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/huble">Huble</a>’s website</strong></li><li><strong>Manage website updates, positioning, messaging alignment, and ongoing improvements</strong></li><li><strong>Oversee the upcoming website rebuild project alongside internal and external stakeholders</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure the website supports conversion, demand generation, and commercial positioning objectives</strong></li><li><strong>Continuously review and improve website conversion performance and user journeys</stron
